The Richmond Metropolitan Chapter of the National Black MBA Association was chartered on February 19, 2000 by a vote of the National Board of Directors of the National Black MBA Association, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois.  The Richmond Metropolitan Chapter is the 39th Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, Inc. and has over 70 members consisting of entrepreneurs, college students, and employees of both the public and private sectors of Richmond and the surrounding communities. The core strategies by which we operate are focused on career and professional development, community service, collaborative partnerships with local businesses, and education, specifically targeted at the intellectual development of our youth.
